The County of Madison and its Emergency management Agency (EMA), located in Richmond, Kentucky, are accepting proposals from qualified firms for site heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system replacement at the County’s nine public safety radio tower sites.
Responses must be received by Madison County Fiscal Court no later than 4 p.m. Eastern time on July 10, 2017. Responses received after that time shall not be accepted. The response shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as “Madison County Tower Site HVAC System Replacement”. The original and three (3), for a total of four (4), hard copies of the response shall be submitted. All responses shall be submitted by mail or hand-delivered to:
